Creating an Account

To book appointments and access some features of the Site, you may have to register an account. This means you’ll have to give us accurate information, including your name, your business name, address, a valid email address, and telephone number, and you must be at least 18 years old. You warrant that any information you provide during the account setup process is accurate and correct at the time you provide the information, and that you’ll update the information should there be any changes. You’ll be solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including orders placed on your account), so keep your account password secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, in our sole discretion, if you breach any provision of the Terms or applicable law, or where your conduct impacts our reputation.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) (as applicable). The prices indicated on the Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. If you’ve purchased our products or services, they will be charged at the price in force at the time a customer’s order is validated.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you, or a third-party, for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the product or service.

We may from time to time provide discounted products and/or services. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code.

Procedures and Treatments

Results may vary from patient to patient. Please book a consultation to see if a procedure or treatment is suitable for you.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact the procedure or treatment available, please consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on a course of treatment or a procedure.

You will be required to complete a consent form and disclose any relevant medical information to us before receiving treatment. You agree to take responsibility for your disclosure and for any failure by you to disclose relevant information.

If you have provided inspiration via picture or document, you relieve Unique Skin and Wellness Clinic of any responsibility if the provided treatment does not completely match your picture or document. As it is provided only as inspiration, we cannot guarantee exact same results as effects of procedures vary.

Cancellation Policy

Where you make a booking for any of our services, these terms, including this cancellation policy, will apply.

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you provide us with more than 24 hours' notice prior to rescheduling or cancellation, the booking deposit amount will be used as a credit against your next booking. Any rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total booking deposit paid.

Late for Appointments

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, your booking will be canceled, and you will be charged $20 of the cost of the treatment you have booked.

**Persistent Failure to Show Up**

Where you have failed to show up for more than one appointment, in addition to retaining the cancellation charge for those treatments, for any future bookings, we will require you to pay for the service in full at the time of booking.

**Refund Policy**

We do not provide refunds on any purchases, including any prepaid packages, services (whether paid in full or not) where you change your mind, where your circumstances change, or if you choose to discontinue your treatment.

Any prepaid services or treatments of six or more automatically expire after one year from the initial date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

**Complaints Procedure**

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every client enjoys their experience and the service they receive at Unique Skin and Wellness Clinic. If you are not happy with the service you receive, please inform us immediately, and we will address the matter as quickly as possible.

All complaints must be sent to hello@uniqueclinic.com.au. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the treatment, date, and time of your appointment, and the reason for the complaint.
